I prepare the paperwork and explain the proposed price, contingencies, timing, and other terms, informed by comparable properties and your priorities.
Before moving forward, we’ll discuss the scope of representation and compensation so you know what to expect.
Negotiate with your goals in mind.
I communicate your offer, handle negotiations, and help you evaluate counteroffers.
We’ll discuss how changes to price, terms, or timing affect your plans. You decide which terms to accept.
Coordinate disclosures and inspections.
I coordinate disclosures and inspections, organize documents and follow-up questions, and track transaction deadlines.
When a report raises concerns, we’ll identify what needs clarification from the inspector or another qualified professional.
Stay supported through closing.
I coordinate the remaining transaction steps and keep you informed about key dates and possession arrangements.
I stay in touch with your lender, escrow team, and others involved so you know what needs your attention.
